Ever since Kara DioGuardi strutted her stuff in a two piece on American Idol last season (take that, Bikini Girl!), we’ve been minorly obsessed with getting the 39-year-old judge’s sexy bod. Luckily for us, we ran into the always gracious Kara at APCH’s forth annual Stars & Strikes celebrity bowling and poker tournament in Los Angeles March 10, and she dished on how to achieve her fabulous figure.

“What really helped me get over any eating issues I had in the past was to figure out what I love to do in life and am passionate about and get focused on that, instead of focusing on what I look like, the calories I was eating — all of that nonsense,” Kara told HollywoodLife.com exclusively.

In order to truly get a killer body, Kara stresses the importance of consistency. “Staying happy and everything in moderation, the gym 3 times a week and just staying on top of it [is key],” she said, adding, “It’s got to be a lifestyle.”

Kara, it sounds like you’re telling us there’s no quick fix to looking like you! Now, if we could just find the motivation to stay with it…

We’re not going to make fun of Tom and Gisele’s PSA because it’s for a good cause — but seriously, they might be the funniest thing you watch all day!

Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen welcomed the world into their not-so-humble abode in a series of PSA’s encouraging everyone to turn off their lights for Earth Hour, and it’s quite possibly the sweetest (and most hysterical) thing we’ve seen all day!

NFL quarterback Tom, 32, pauses from chopping veggies in his Boston home, turns to the camera and pleads his cause. Meanwhile, his wife of one year, 29-year-old supermodel Gisele, spins a globe while standing in front of a bookcase filled with family photos and candles, and describes how Earth Hour is a worldwide event.

Simply adorable.

Do you think Miley’s fame had anything to do with how her real-life boyfriend got his role in The Last Song?

Miley Cyrus wants the world to know that even though Liam Hemsworth IS her boyfriend, her fame had nothing to do with how he scored a leading role as her on-screen love interest in The Last Song.

“You know what’s dope? I feel like I’ve been with people before…and they may need something from me [and] could benefit from our relationship, but that’s not really the truth with him,” the 17-year-old starlet explained to KISS FM DJs Johnjay and Rich in Phoenix, Ariz. March 11. “You know what? He was going to get that role whether I was the lead or not. And he was going to get the role if we were dating or not — he already had it.”

As for the rumors that she and Liam, 19, are living together? Completely false, says Miley.

As for whether they’re in love or not – the jury’s still out (but we suspect YES). You’ll see how much chemistry they have when The Last Song premieres March 31!

Would you take love advice from Wilmer Valderrama??

That 70s Show veteran Wilmer Valderrama has returned from his lengthy sitcom hiatus to play Selena Gomez’s uncle for an episode of Wizards of Waverly Place most likely airing this summer, and feels as protective of his young co-star as if she were actually part of his family!

“I met Selena many years ago when she was about to launch the show, and when [Wizard producers] told me the role was on Selena’s show, I said ‘of course!’” Wilmer told us March 10 at the MALDEF and VotoLatino Multimedia Censius 2010 Campaign Launch in Los Angeles, Calif.

Wilmer, 30, and Selena, 17, have grown extremely close over the years. “I became Selena’s honorary older brother and it’s been really great, I keep in touch with the kids – they call me Uncle Ernesto!”

However, duties as honorary older bro come with certain restrictions. “I don’t give Selena any relationship advice,” Wilmer says sagely, “but watch out; [boys] – Selena is a force to be reckoned with!”
